Perry Germani

Perry graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland with a BA in Business Administration and a M.A. in Banking and Finance. She is also a certified Personal Performance Coach, Corporate & Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, Goal Mapping Practitioner and Career Assessment Consultant.

She has worked in Frankfurt for Salomon Brothers and Deutsche Bank where she specialized in Internal Controlling and Risk Management. In Greece, she was the Managing Director of Spectrum AEPEY, an Asset Management Company applying for a banking license.

Since 2004 she runs her own Consulting Company, offering:
– Consulting services to financial intermediaries regarding strategy and operational processes development as well as talent management and communication.

– Corporate and Executive coaching to small and medium sized companies in various industries, including financial services, retail, consumer goods, professional services and health care.

– Training for small and medium sized companies mainly in change management, leadership, communication, goal achievement, decision making, negotiations, sales and customer service.

Perry Germani is a results-oriented Consultant and Executive Coach with a success record in structuring organisations to perform effectively and highly experienced at leading teams to excel in collaboration. She supports her clients in improving their leadership and managerial skills as well as their communication and sales performance.

Perry speaks fluent English, German and Greek.
