Lucas T. Landolt studied IT, law and business administration at the universities of Berne and St. Gallen. He has over 15 years of experience as entrepreneur, executive and senior manager in IT, HR, education and training, infrastructure and operations across different segments, organizations and industries.

He has a proven end to end expertise in transformation and multi project management, ICT and HR turnaround in an international context. For over 5 years he has been specializing in designing, managing and implementing projects in Finance & Banking, as well as process implementation and optimization on an international level.

He is also an acknowledged fintech expert and accompanies fintech startups in building their business successfully.

Lucas speaks fluently English, German and French.

Lucas T. Landolt acts as Chief Operating Officer at Lloyd’s & Partner and leads the operational part of our banking and fintech projects.
