…is a sworn barrister in Switzerland, holds an MBA from RSM and is Dipl. Swiss Fund Officer. His focus is strategy development, project management, international contracts, Swiss tax solutions, and active- or trustee board memberships.
After heading the Swiss legal department of a multinational group, he has been project manager for the largest European strategy consultancy and has gained vast experience in corporate restructuring and strategy development, as well as in projects in the field of M&A and corporate governance.
Adrian creates legal structures in Switzerland for foreign clients (individuals and legal entities) and acts as a board member for several companies in the field of finance, construction and telecom.
Adrian speaks fluently English, German, French and Italian.
